FBD-7

Hereinafter, the main page is called the Choice page; its development is called the Project. The Project is included in CNM Website Projects and occurs under the Practice for Website Devs endeavor.

Requirements

Business

Projects' business requirement is that we at CNMCyber Team would like to create a tool so the Devs can find those projects that are available for their practice so the Devs can choose and claim their next project.

Stakeholder

Projects' stakeholder requirements are as follows:
  1. As an aspiring Dev, I shall be able to:
    • Find those projects that are available for my practice.
    • Choose and claim my next project.
  2. As CNMCyber Customer, I shall be able to demonstrate the Dev those projects that are available for them.

Sprints

#1 (Gary)

Gary finished the first sprint by early April of 2023. The first sprint CNMCyber Usable was taken as a formatting prototype; the website project wikipage was used for the structure.

#2 (Gary)

Kevin noted that the created Choice page lacked practice administering projects and, overall, was not practical for project claiming. To resolve those issues, Gary run the second sprint from mid-May to early-June. To sum up,
  1. The missed section is added to the "choice" page.
  2. More project data rows are added to the tables.
  3. Project pages are moved to their linked Discussion pages.
  4. The project page (this very page serves as a sample) is outlined.
  5. The "choice" page is now protected; the Devs are expected to claim the projects using CNMCyber This Week events.
While updating the Practice for Website Devs page, Gary discovered that the Choice page lacks event and software requirements. However, its resolution is moved to next sprints. Gary believes that the Choice page is ready for alpha-testing.
