Job Search Map (hereinafter, the Lectio) is the second lesson part of the Career Endeavors lesson that introduces its participants to Agile job-search map and related topics.

This lesson belongs to the Introduction to Careers session of the CNM Cyber Orientation. The Orientation is the second stage of the WorldOpp Pipeline.

The Agile job-search map is a model that describes the process of landing one's employment that rationally carries out best option valuation and maximizes the outcomes from the employment.
The map's goal is to navigate employment candidates in their job search. The map's levels reflects three parties of the job market. Workers offer their work, employers offer their employment vacancies, and job-market intermediaries offer the career services.
This map has two hubs in its career service level. Employment suggestions is the place which is needed to match three things -- vocation, existing knowledge, skills, and abilities or KSA, and available positions on the job market. The existing knowledge, skills, and abilities are assessed through their analysis, which is marked as KSA analysis.
