Its graduates shall be hired for 5 hours a week assuming that they would continue learning for the rest 35 hours a week. Every week, the number of study hours shall decrease and the number of work hours shall increase. The programme is brought to the general public by the ''Friends'' at absolutely no cost.

Friends Of CNM (hereinafter, the Friends) is a group of individuals and organizations that:

  1. Discover, analyze, and design new services related to education, workforce development, and recruitment;
  2. Enhance existing services of CNM; as well as
  3. Launch and support those services that are not currently offered by the Career Network Ministry (also known by its acronym CNM) to its patrons (hereinafter, the Patrons); most importantly, these services include CNM Cloud.


Services

Career services

Careerprise is the one-stop hub for career services that is brought to the general public by the Friends. Using CNM Cloud, the Friends intends to connect the Patrons to those career service providers, that services fit the Patrons' needs. Some of the services, such as online career management education, shall be offered at no cost to the Patrons.

Entrepreneurial fellowship

WorldOpp is the programme to support entrepreneurs worldwide and, particularly, create jobs for the vulnerable, that is brought to the general public by the Friends. The programme offers its fellows (a) entrepreneurship education and (b) funding for startup businesses. Its official website is WorldOpp.org.

Structure

The Friends are divided in three departments: (a) Community Board, (b) DevOps Headquarters, and (c) Scrum Team.

Community Board

The CNM Community Board includes CNM industry councils and CNM professional committees.
One of CNM Industry Councils is CNM Council for Career Services, which is a group of directors, whose goals are:
  1. To enhance CNM's services generally; and
  2. To oversee CNM DevOps Headquarters and CNM Scrum Team particularly.

DevOps Headquarters

The CNM DevOps Headquarters is the Friend's department that consists of CNM fellows. This department supports CNM Cloud, sponsors the CNM Scrum Team, and is overseen by the CNM Council for Career Services.

Scrum Team

CNM Scrum Team discovers, analyzes, designs, and implements new services related to education, workforce development, recruitment, and management of information technology. Particularly, it includes the CNM incubator.
