Business transaction (hereinafter, the Transaction) is any movement of assets and liabilities between two legal entities. Most of the Transaction are financial transactions; however, financial transactions may also include movements of assets and liabilities within one legal entity.


Nature

The Transaction may have various natures such as:

  1. A sale or procurement, lease, assignment, award by chance, any other acquisition or transfer of a product;
  2. Transmitting of funds over an electronic network or physically.
