Client feedback (hereinafter, the Feedback) such as letters, emails, or oral statements is feedback provided by customers about their satisfaction or dissatisfaction on goods or services they have received from an entity. The Feedback is a resource for sighting improvement areas and adjusting action towards customer needs.
