Kaizen event

Kaizen event is a time-boxed set of activities carried out by the cell team during the week of a cell implementation. These activities include training, planning, design solutions, deployment, documentation, demonstrating performance, etc. The Kaizen event is the implementation arm of a lean manufacturing program.
