Intangibility is a characteristic of a service, namely that they do not have physical attributes and so therefore cannot be perceived by the senses -- cannot be tasted, seen, touched, smelt or possessed.

Intangibility. A characteristic of a service, namely that they do not have physical attributes and so therefore cannot be perceived by the senses -- cannot be tasted, seen, touched, smelt or possessed.
