CNMCyber Welcome

A CNM Cyber webinar (hereinafter, the Webinar) is an open to public and online CNM Cyber event intended to draw attention of potential audience towards CNM Cyber, its services and opportunities. Webinar shall be conducted in a way to entertain maximum possible categories of potential stakeholders of CNM Cyber. Webinars shall advance in nature with time as the platform grows.

Requirements Backlog

Purpose

• The webinar shall help to invite people to collaborate in CNM Cyber as volunteers.
• Considering the current state of CNM Cyber operations and making recruitment process better, volunteers are expected to help in improving the on-boarding courses i.e. CNM Cyber Welcome Session, CNM Cyber Orientation and CNM Cyber Placement.
• Volunteers shall also have the choice to contribute in any other way they may want.
• The nature and agenda of webinars shall be adjusted as needed for multiple purposes.
• Besides contribution of volunteers in CNM Cyber operations, webinars would also serve to build CNM Cyber Team.
• Webinar sessions shall be recorded and videos shall be made available at CNM Tube publicly. Recorded videos shall help in improving quality and quantity of resources of on-boarding courses.

Features

Content

• The content of webinar shall consist of CNM Cyber Welcome Session and CNM Cyber Orientation.
• Each webinar shall address some number of lectios, grouped according to similarity of the content.
• The grouping and formatting of content or lectios shall be decided according to the division in courses' outline.
• CNM Cyber Welcome Session shall be first in the order and Orientation, the second.
• From the first webinar, participants shall be directed to / provided links for CNM Cert version of the courses (to register and start attempting) as well as CNM Wiki versions.
• Speaker should deliver the content in simplest way, encouraging participants' interaction as well as demonstrate the content where needed, on CNM Cyber Apps.

Title

• Title of the webinar shall feature the content as well as purpose.
• Title of the first webinar shall be composed to be inviting and welcoming for the participants whereas successor ones will mostly be content specific.
• Examples are,

• Join the IT team. Will train, Start your IT career this week.

Agenda

Pre-Event

The activities before webinar include:

During Event

• Whole webinar session shall be of 30-35 minutes altogether.
• Around 2-5 minutes will be for greetings and speaker introduction and any settings if needed.
• Around 15-20 minutes will be given to the formal content as per the decided lectio format.
• As the webinar is intended to be interactive, 10 minutes shall be reserved for a Q&A session where only participants' questions will be answered.
• Apart from Q&A session, participants shall be encouraged to ask questions or communicate on chat anytime during the session.

Platform

• CNM Talk shall be used as webinar platform. However, Test sessions shall be conducted before every official launch.
• The announcements shall be published on Meetup group.
• In addition to announcements, Meetup group shall be used for communications before and after the webinar as well as , the followups.
