The CNM Cyber Welcome Webinar (hereinafter, the Webinar) is the CNM Cyber seminar that is conducted online as a webinar to welcome its attendees to the CNM Cyber Welcome Session. The Webinar is open to the general public.

The draft is:

We at CNM Cyber Team bring to the general public a collection of career services called CNM Cyber. CNM stands for Career Network Ministry.

Our career consultants and mentors deliver career development and social support services in person, mainly, one on one.

Three suites of CNM Cyber services are based on software. They are capable to connect you with key people, as well as provide you with a comprehensive toolbox for your job search, career exploration, and skills building.

Besides professional networks and credentials, CNM Cyber can also be used to get professional experience in any industry that you may choose.

All the services are free of charge. To get started, go to cnmcyber.com

Some modifications of the elevator pitch shall be incorporated in all of the contents to reflect interests of the target audiences.

Marketable titles

Marketable titles are used for marketing. Depending on the target customers, any of the marketable titles and subtitles can be used:
  • Get experience in any industry. Start with CNM Cyber and go anywhere.
  • Side project today, job tomorrow. Stay competitive on tomorrow's market.
  • Your IT job from scratch. No experience? Will train!
Other ideas for marketable titles are sought. More formal titles for single Webinars shall be used at CNM Wiki.

Technology

Ideally, the participants shall easily access the technology on mobile, tablet and desktop devices.
The detailed instructions for what technology access is available and how to access should be included in the Announcement.

Actionable items

The Webinar shall address all the requirements for any CNM Cyber seminar.

Pre-Webinar

Prior to the Webinar, the event host shall:

Hi there,

Figuring out what you want to do in your life and career can be incredibly daunting. Even if you've had your dream job in mind for years, choosing a career path is not always an easy or clear cut decision. Navigating the job search process in the era of COVID-19 also poses new and unexpected challenges.

That's why the CNM Cyber Team is building CNM Cyber, which is a bundle of career services ranging from brief consultations to assistance with your future employment.

Join we’re introducing Career Conversations, a live virtual panel series to help job seekers explore different career options. Hosted by The Muse CEO Kathryn Minshew, each session will focus on a specific industry or area of expertise.

Our first session on Thursday, October 8th will focus on what it’s like to work in financial services. You'll hear directly from a panel of associates from Deutsche Bank, Scotiabank, and Goldman Sachs as they dive into:

What a typical day is like in their current role Why they chose a career in financial services and how they landed their first job What a typical career growth path looks like from analyst to associate (and beyond) What skills and traits are essential for someone to be successful in financial services And more!

Webinar's body (presentation)

Webinar events shall be sequenced as:

  • Housekeeping- platform instructions for attendees.
  • An opening/welcome slide - This shall include CNM Cyber Logo, the Webinar title, a subtitle, presenter details and overall session duration. The opening slide will stay on the screen for welcome and greetings, letting participants gather and to focus their attention before moving to the next content.
  • Meanwhile audience will be encouraged to drop comments about any issues related to connectivity, sound clarity, display or any technical considerations.
  • Webinar Agenda:
  1. Formal / lectio content topics and duration.
  2. Summary of the content or "What we learnt". This slide shall include important links for CNM Cert for courses registration, CNM Wiki for wiki versions of all courses and CNM Tube for videos of webinars.
  3. Q&A session - The session will be of around 10 minutes where audience will be encouraged to ask questions, answered for the questions along with demonstrations where needed. To cover the breaks in this session , or in the case where there are not many questions, a wiki page or slide of frequently asked questions will be shown. This wiki-page or slide will be designed considering possible concerns of the audience and highlighted information about CNM Cyber.
  4. Closing slide - Thank you notes and short forecast of the next webinar (Forecast is optional).

  • Content will be developed in slide presentation format.
  • From the first webinar, participants shall be directed to / provided links of CNM Cert version of the courses (to register and start attempting if interested) as well as CNM Wiki versions.
  • Speaker should deliver the content in simplest way, encouraging participants' interaction as well as demonstrate the content where needed, on CNM Cyber Apps.

Acceptance criteria

General

  • Project owner is continually communicated about the developments status.
  • Developments are revised where required by the project owner.
  • Two Test events are conducted.First one, before publishing the announcement and second, two days prior to the Webinar.
  • Webinar announcement will not be published until all assessments from the first test event are worked upon.

Contents

Announcement

  • Webinar announcement is drafted, proposed to the project owner and necessary revisions were made until the final version (to be posted) was developed.
  • The webinar announcement contains:
  1. Webinar title
  2. Webinar event date, time and duration.
  3. Host/Speaker information including name and designation.
  4. Webinar URL directing to CNM Talk.
  5. A brief webinar outline.
  6. A message encouraging audience to communicate for any queries.
  • Webinar announcement was sent as a text message to individual members of CNM Cyber Meetup as a separate event could not be created. Also, CNM Talk link was not verified. Webinar would have been broadcasted otherwise.
  • Any member query when emerged was addressed as required.
  • After the announcement, continual reminder messages were sent every two days to the members whom the announcement was sent.
  • Reminder messages contained:
  1. Webinar Title.
  2. A subtitle.
  3. Webinar event date, time and duration.
  4. Webinar URL.

Presentation

  • Webinar presentation content is in slideshow format, developed on CNM Wiki.
  • The presentation includes:
  1. A Welcome slide having CNM Cyber logo, the Webinar title, a subtitle and overall session duration.
  2. Instructions for audience to operate the platform including chat messages, raise hands.
  • Webinar Agenda slide which includes:
  1. Formal content topics.
  2. Content summary slide.
  3. Q&A session announcement slide.
  4. FAQs slide or wikipage (to accomodate in Q&A session)
  5. Closing slide with URLs of CNM Wiki, CNM Cert and CNM Tube.
All items in Agenda slide are specified with time duration.

Formal content

  • Formal content presentation will take around 15-20 minutes of the total Webinar time duration.
  • Number of slides to be varied according to the content.
  • All slides have highlighted information from CNM Cyber Welcome Session as:
  1. Lectio 01 - Welcome Session Essentials
  2. Lectio 02 - CNMCT Essentials
  • Content details are to be specified and developed.
  • Slides have information organized as bullet points and illustrations such as Flow diagrams and Images.
  • Content information is demonstrated on CNM Cyber Apps where needed.

Pre-webinar

  • During pre-arranged meetings, all Content item drafts were presented to the project owner for assessment.
  • Revisions were made (if required by the project owner).
  • Revised Content items were presented to the project owner until their version was approved.
  • Announcement was published around one week before the Webinar date.
  • Active communication on CNM Cyber Meetup group - Members were addressed for any emerged concerns.
  • On the Webinar date, host/Speaker continually checked the network connection . Ideally, it was working smooth.
  • Webconferencing platform was checked 5-15 minuted before the Webinar start time as:
  1. Video quality was on high definition.
  2. Speaking option - Everyone starts muted.
  • During the Webinar, host adjusted any technical settings that violated the decorum of the session. For example, noise.
  • Recording was turned on in the recording software 2-5 minutes before the Webinar start time.
  • Host/Speaker was punctual and disciplined with the pre-webinar events.

During the webinar

  • Host/Speaker enabled the screen share as soon as the Webinar started.
  • Host/Speaker started Content delivery.
  • In first 2-5 minutes, attendees were greeted and the host/speaker introduced himseld/herself.
  • Webinar Agenda was discussed afterwards.
  • 15-20 minutes were given to the Formal content.
  • Necessary demonstrations were made where needed.
  • Content summary slide was discussed (this event is optional and subject to availability of time).
  • Q&A session was announced in last 10 minutes.
  • Attendees were answered for the questions appeared in chat section.
  • In last 2-5 minutes, audience were invited to enroll in CNM Cyber Welcome Session.
  • Registration was demonstrated on CNM Cert. In addition, CNM Wiki version and CNM Tube interface was shown.
  • Webinar closing greetings and slide.
  • Host/Speaker ended the session.

Post webinar

  • Recording was stopped right after/2-3 minutes after the Webinar was ended.
  • Needed edits were made and recording was published on CNM Tube after 1-2 hours of Webinar ending.
  • Video was played and tested on CNM Tube.
  • After 15-20 minutes of video publication, video link along with post-event Thank you message was published on CNM Cyber Meetup group chat.
  • Follow-up communications will be entertained on CNM Cyber Meetup.
  • One day after the Webinar, follow up message with Webinar summary and replay link will be published on Meetup group.
  • Post webinar report will be documented and presented couple of days after the Webinar event.

Scope statement

Webinar development shall consider following activities:

  • Development activities will start once the product scope, acceptance criteria and scope statement is approved by the project owner.

Major milestones

  1. Developed content slides are approved by the project owner.
  2. Developed webinar Announcement and Title is approved by the project owner.

  4. Structured Outline and webinar Agenda is approved by the project owner.
  5. Announcement sent to the CNM Cyber Meetup group.
  6. Test event approved by the project owner.

General Agenda

  • Content slides will be the major deliverable . Therefore, development of Announcement, Structured Outline and Structured Webinar Agenda will go simultaneously with the slides.
  • Project owner will be updated every other day with the content developments . Requirements will be gathered for any indicated changes or further procedures.
  • Webinar date will be decided and Announcement will be published once the project owner is satisfied with the content slides and minor changes may be needed.
  • Before the Webinar date, two Test Events will be conducted. First one, before publishing the announcement and the second one, two days prior to the Webinar date.

Timeline

  • Content development will ideally take up to one week. Rest will be subject to meetings, rework and test events.
  • In total, around 1.5 weeks is estimated for Pre-Webinar activities. This duration will start after the approval of product scope, project scope and acceptance criteria.
