CNM Cyber This Week (work) (hereinafter, the Project) is the group of endeavors undertaken to develop CNM Cyber This Week as one of CNM Cyber Events to achieve the marketing goals of the CNM Cyber.


Requirements

Business

The Project's business requirements are:
  1. (primary) The Group needs to provide WorldOpp scholars with the results of the CNM Cyber Team's work over the past week to develop the CNM Cloud Project, CNM Cyber services, and CNM Cyber staff;
  2. (secondary) The Group is interested in the recruitment of new coordinators through these events.

The Project's stakeholder requirements are:
  • As a learner who is enrolled into the CNM Cyber Orientation course, I want to see the link to connect to the meeting;
As a learner who is enrolled into the CNM Cyber Orientation course, I want to get updates about the new meetings;
As a learner who is enrolled into the CNM Cyber Orientation course, I need to get reminder about meetings;
As a learner who is enrolled into the CNM Cyber Orientation course, I need to get more information about what the CNM Cyber Coordinators do;
As a CNM Cyber Coordinator, I want to use stable video conferencing platform;
As a system administrator, I want to ;

Current issues

  1. As of February 16, 2023, we had a problem with our CNM Jitsi platform video conferencing. It couldn't log in to the system (more details: Jitsi for CNM Cloud).
Solution: have more than 1 alternative video conferencing platform, preferably one internal and one external, such as Zoom or Google meet.
