CNM Cyber Website Requirements Specification (hereinafter, the Requirements) states detailed requirements for CNM Cyber Website (hereinafter, the Website). The page is meant to provide detailed information about the website features for readers , website stakeholders. Developer may use this Specification for developments while System Stakeholders may use it to explore the Website.

Product Perspective

Need and Purpose

CNM Cyber is a web-based career enhancement platform and CNM Cyber Website is being designed to provide a landing site where system stakeholders are able to find access to CNM Cyber services. The Website shall also serve as a medium to feature special services such as Partnership programs , Paid services and Tech Solutions. Intended stakeholders shall be able to explore these services through Website.

Scope and Services

This section covers the areas Website addresses . In accordance with product purpose, the Website covers the following areas as per its basic services.

  • Help learners acquire knowledge and skills through various training programs
  • Help job seekers in their careers by providing job opportunities and providing platform where they will be able to "learn while earn".
  • Build careers through obtaining credentials and professional networks; and or Land jobs through a multitude of marketing vehicles, which include networking, interviewing, applicant-tracking systems, and social media tools;
  • Help employers to look for able employee candidates by :
  1. Source pulls of qualified candidates;
  2. Screen the selected applicants;
  3. Develop their workforce;
  • Advance the job market through:
  1. Sourcing and screening those intermediaries that are active on the job market
  2. Provide technological solutions to institutions, organizations and interested individuals. These include CNM Cyber applications as services and tech solutions services from CNM Cyber Team.

System Stakeholders

Roles involved
  • As per Opplet roles, NetAnyone who has obtained the role of NetConsumer shall be able to access CNM Cert through the Website.
  • In general the role can be of Learners who intend to acquire knowledge and/or skills and trainings which CNM Cyber offers.
  • NetAnyone shall be able to explore the Module on the Website.
