CNM Labware
CNM Projectware (hereinafter, the App) is the CNM development app of CNM Apps that empowers CNM Dev. The App is both:
- Project management software, which enables development work and particularly includes help-desk software; and
- A service of the CNM Cloud at a classified URL through a PKI access. The App is one of end-user applications of CNM Apps.
Architecture
The App is a Redmine instance with an added help-desk plugin that is run on the CNM Cloud Platform. Fixett served as a prototype.
