Change control board

Change control board (alternatively known by its abbreviation; hereinafter, CCB) is a formally constituted group of stakeholders who is able to change requirement baselines or, in other words, to make decisions regarding the disposition and treatment of changing requirements. The most common decisions are approve or reject.
