What is the type of customers using this program, which category? Are we targeting students in universities only?
How CNM Certs looks like now? how its operating to be able to develop it or check if there is any gaps, is CNM cert structured or demonstrated in that link ( https://cert.friendsofcnm.org/) only?
what is my available resources to use and test the current CNM certs ? I tried to use some of the links in the cert paragraph however one is not working ( cert.next.friendsofcnm.org), and the other gave me error that its not a secure website to access ( https://cert.friendsofcnm.org/).
Regarding this part I need to know how Certware empowers cert service? And in which way this software is linked to the current implementation ( https://certs.friendsofcnm.org )?
