I think so. If it were my choice, I would concentrate on the technology that we eventually need rather than on your job description. When you are patronizing some restaurant, do you care about cook's job description? Who will I report to?

What kind of software would you like to build as I need to know which team will be built for developing?
I believe that your job description gives a fare introduction to software to be built. If neither that page nor the links it contains are helpful, you can try the CNM Cloud Project wikipage as your alternative starting point. With regard to the team, the team of developers is fully staffed at the moment. We need more coordinators and, most likely, we will need some vendors when we have requirements to what they need to do. -- Nizhnih (talk) 19:35, 20 October 2019 (UTC)
To get a better explanation for user stories, does it means in a simple words (its the customer point of view for the changes needs to be done to enhance the system or part of it)?

Will I be creating my own idea? Or just nurturing the software that you already have?

Training FAQ

I would like to ask about the on-the-job training, would there be any modules or procedures given for the training? How many hours or days would it take before I can start working?
Currently, WorldOpp Orientation has some texts, graphics, and about 50 videos. All the modules of WorldOpp Bootcamp have outlines, texts, and graphics. However, all of those are still under development. Actually, I am hiring coordinators like you to further develop it. At the moment, there is no notion of training first, work second. On-the-job training is not before-the-job one. You must start working first, initially as a tester asking good questions, and get trained, based on your performance, second. -- Nizhnih (talk) 00:27, 21 October 2019 (UTC)

CNM Certs Development

Certified CNM User(CCNMCU)

  • After a student completes the course and attains the score required in order to be granted a certificate, he/she is presented with a form, either through email or on the current page. This forms main purpose is to collect the student`s correct information such as correct Name as it would appear on the certificate, I.D number or passport number or any other relevant required information needed to develop their certificate. After filling this form, the students submit the form and information in this form is used to create a certificate that is emailed to the student. A declaimer message to be presented at the bottom of the form that states that none of the information provided or used to create the certificate is stored in the system or shared with any other party.
  • A map to be developed at the dashboard that would indicate a student`s current position where a student is in the program. The position changes with every step the student makes for instance, if the student completes the welcome course, the position of the student changes from the initial to the welcome course. The map can also indicate the path a student has chosen to take and where this path may lead. Just like in the diagram below, once a student registers or enroll to a course, the system picks up this information and place the student in their rightful stage in the diagram. A student is able to see only their current stage only and not of others. Stages may include the ones at WorldOPP Pipeline.

CNM Tube Developments

  • Metrics such as likes, visits, clicks to be collected. In order to have good quality videos and competitive video developers, they are to be offered incentives in monetary form. I would propose to encourage good quality videos from other people especially those of other languages apart from English to offer tours and other learning materials e.g. the Welcome course in other languages.
  • Talented video developers to be identified from their videos, these developers may be granted permission to develop variety of videos such as lecture videos, CNM Welcome course video, CNM Tour video etc. in different languages -- provided they provide a subtitle in English, these developers are to be rewarded in the number of clicks, views and likes their videos get.
  • Google adds to be included at CNM Tube videos such that the amount of revenue generated from these adds would be invested in the program and a part of it used as incentive to video developers. Adds would be of products that promote wellbeing and personal development of individuals who use the services of CNM Video.
  • CNM Tube, in the drop down menu where ‘Home’ button is located, bellow it there is ‘Trending’ button, Below the trending butting I propose we have a ‘LIVE Stream’ or ‘Live’ button. This button will lead to Live streaming videos of CNM Tube. i.e. Hiring events, Stand up meetings or group discussions of CNM Cert. In the event that two or more events are held at the same time all will be present and users of CNM Tube should be able to select which channel they would like to join in order to watch the live stream event.
  • We may have a CNM Video administrator whose main task would be to edit videos, oversee the content and delete or flag unwanted videos and also monitor video likes, views and clicks for payment purpose to the video developers.
  • The CNM Tube administrator would be charged with the responsibility of developing CNM specific videos, he/she would be lead video developer at CNM Tube. He/she would manage CNM Tube`s partnership with other video developers in the sense of rewarding the most active and creative talent at CNM Tube. CNM Tube administrator would also categories videos uploaded at CNM Tube according to the content of the videos.

CNM Social Developments

  • One requirement of passing the welcome course; a student is required to create an account at CNM Social and join at least one space at CNM Social. The course administrator will be able to follow this up to verify the student has successfully created an account and joined a space at CNM Social. This exercise may be included as one of the three parts of the Welcome course.
  • For a person to be granted permission to have an account at CNM Social, he/she would have completed the welcome course and scored the required grade. As the last exercise to complete the welcome course, this individual is required to create an account at CNM Social and join at least one of the spaces found at CNM Social.
  • Name change proposal from CNM Social to CNM Connect (initials would be CC).
  • Structured mentorship programS to be developed, volunteers from the Church to undertake this endeavor on our platform offering these services online. For instance, all the volunteered services offered at the Church or where people meet to offered this service to CNM would be found at CNM Social E.g. Career advisors, teaching people how to look for jobs, people are taught how to write resumes, entrepreneurship program for people who want to start a new business, student coaching, career transition coaching for those who want to transition from one career to another etc. all these services and more would be found at CNM Social. Most of all person to person coaching; i.e. just like at the services offered at CNM, an individual may get connected to a personal coach who would assist the unemployed look for jobs, train them on resume writing, have a look at the student’s resume and offer assistance where necessary, provide entrepreneurial advice for those who would like to stats a new business etc.
  • Not every user of CNM Social to be granted the ability to create a space at CNM Social. To avoid irrelevant spaces, students to be denied the opportunity to create a space for the time being and this would be revisited later on.
  • In the event that a space would lack participation, or divert from its main agenda the person who created this space would be given a warning in form of a text message from CNM Social admin in case the warning does not work this space would be deleted.
  • Before granting permission to a person to create a space at CNM Social, each person intending to create a space at CNM Social to be given a compliance form to sign in regards to CNM regulations on the use of it`s services to rules and regulations.
  • CNM Talks to provide video conferencing facility, more requirements need to be developed.
