An Opplet incubator (hereinafter, the Incubator) is a virtual and/or physical environment for the care, protection, and growth of those aspiring entrepreneurs (hereinafter, the Learners) who would like to become WorldOpp fellows.

The Incubator is a part of WorldOpp Candidate Team (hereinafter, the Team). WorldOpp Fellow Team sponsors the Incubator's activities and the CNM Council for Career Services oversees both the Incubator and WorldOpp Fellow Team.


The Learners

The Incubator consists of from one to seven paid Learners:

Fellow Candidate 4 Graduates from WorldOpp Placement Seminar Development of the CNM Wiki content related to the curricula.
Lead Candidate 2 Only WorldOpp Fellow Candidates can be promoted to this level when there are at least three of them Editing of the CNM Wiki content related to the curricula.
Executive Candidate 1 Only WorldOpp Lead Candidates can be promoted to this level when there are at least three of them. Managing the Incubator.
Candidate‑in‑waiting At the discretion of the WorldOpp Executive Candidate

Any Learner is supposed to learn using the following educational methods:

Self-directed learning
Practical instruction Hands-on training
Directed research
Formative assessment
Experiment demonstrating
Experiential learning Discussion
Observation
Project-based learning
Exploratory research

Stipends and internships

WorldOpp stipends and WorldOpp internships are available for the Candidates. The monthly budget for the Incubator varies from $0 to $720:

The monetary amount for a specific position is subject for applicable laws. The amount is defined once a week based on the previous week's performance. For paid Candidates, the weekly pay cannot be less than $15 or more than $60.
