Coordinator's reports
- Gary: Finished my sprint of the CNMCyber pitch (currently, it resides on the CNMCyber Welcome wikipage). Responded to Kevin's, Rita's, and Sonya's requests. Is waiting for Kevin's report on recruitment campaign readiness to re-start recruitment.
- Sonya: I haven't had much opportunity to work this week, so the Educaship Jitsi documentation hasn't progressed yet, but I had a meeting with Natalya, after which the documentation will progress faster. Also, we finally made the groups on CNM Social public and closed the groups in Russian. With Rita we discussed the Welcome Video and made another draft, but I haven't had time to deal with the questions on Gary's wikipages. Have managed to publish only one video from the CNMCyber Guided Tours meeting series on YouTube so far. So there is still a lot of work to be done on these videos and the subtitles on YouTube. Accordingly, my plan for next week is to do all the things I didn't have time to do this week)
- Kevin: Reviewed the Welcome Session Essentials on CNM Cert, findings; 90% of the links do not lead to pages(e.g. https://cert.cnmcyber.com/mod/lesson/view.php?id=406&pageid=644), Parts of the text is outdated as well i.e. CNM Tube is referenced whereas CNM Avideo should have been referenced, quizzes give limited attempts (10) contrary to the text. Worked on developing CNMCyber Marketing campaign, and finally posted raw script for CNMCyber Week 2023-04-12 in the discussion page. I plan to proceed with the CNM Cert review sprint as well as developing the CNMCyber Marketing campaign.
- Rita: I am still working with Sonya on the CNMCyber welcome video and created https://wiki.cnmcyber.com/en/CNMCyber_Practice_Assignments wiki page. Furthermore I made a meeting script for CNMCyber This week 3.29.23
