Centralization is the degree to which decision making is concentrated at a single point in an organization.

Centralization. The degree to which decision-making is concentrated at upper levels of the organization

Centralization. An organizational decision-making approach with most strategic and operating decisions made by managers at the top of the organization structure (at corporate headquarters).
