Practice during training

Using applications built on popular software solutions. All applications are in the process of development and continuous improvement and students can be directly involved in this, which is what they will do in the initial stage of practical activities. For this, on the project, each application has a copy in which the changes are implemented and tested. Besides, students get acquainted with the infrastructure which ensures the work of the applications. They can see the ways of realization of tasks on the arrangement of a place of applications and their interaction with each other in a real example.

On-the-job training

The iDosvid project is your first work experience in your third year. This activity is preceded by third-year lessons focused on fully preparing the student for on-the-job practice.
In fact, an apprenticeship is an activity to build skills and abilities based on the knowledge acquired during the initial training. Whatever the final occupation, all apprentices are interned as information project coordinators.
Coordinators link the creation of career guidance services and the collection of technology for hands-on job training. They include:
  • study existing documentation, test products, communicate with technology users, and do other research,
  • formulate requirements for cloud technologies,
  • organize the recruitment and interaction with experts of different professions.
The results of the coordinators' work are the documents, the contractors hired based on those documents, and the products developed with those contractors.
It's hard to argue with the assertion that the ability to communicate, research, and make decisions and documents is important to every professional working in each industry. Even if that professional doesn't research an issue or record decisions personally, he or she must know the process in order to manage others.
Technology on a project is available to absolutely anyone without pay, practice on projects matches real work, and is therefore ideal for gaining skills and building proficiency. The remaining coordinators perform similar duties working for partners when opportunities arise.
For those who are undecided about a specialty, the internship will be an entry point from which to learn about different specialties and decide on one's own. This initial job is given to you to learn how to do it and to look out for other jobs. You will be better prepared to choose your future specialty at the end of the internship.
Unlike regular internships, internships at the iDosvid project are open-ended. Students can intern as coordinators until they identify a specialty and get a job in that specialty. In any case, your professional experience begins at the beginning of the internship, regardless of the specific moment of transition to a partner.
