Remedial journey is from root causes to remedial changes in the process to remove or go around the cause(s); from remedies to testing and proving the remedies under operating conditions; from workable remedies to dealing with resistance to change; from dealing with resistance to establishing new controls to hold the gains.

Remedial journey.
