Supplier

Supplier is a person or organization that provides a product to the customer. A supplier can be internal or external.

Supplier. A person or organization that provides a product to the customer. A supplier can be internal or external.

According to the BABOK Guide (3rd edition),

Supplier. A stakeholder outside the boundary of a given organization or organizational unit who provides products or services to the organization and may have contractual or moral rights and obligations that must be considered.

According to the INCOSE Systems Engineering Handbook (4th edition),

Supplier. An organization or an individual that enters into an agreement with the acquirer for the supply of a product or service.

Supplier. A stakeholder responsible for providing services that are used by an organization.
