Opplet utilizes only those commercial off-the-shelf (COTS) software solutions that are open-source.
For instance, CNM Farms is built using Linux-alike operating systems. MariaDB and PostgresSQL are used in relational database management systems (RDBMSes). Apache Cassandra, a NoSQL distributed database management system (DDBMS) solution, is used in the federated database.
WorldOpp Middleware uses OpenLDAP to communicate with CNM apps; to communicate with the federated database, Talend is utilized.
Similarly, CNM apps use a variety of COTS solutions.
Educaship WordPress utilizes WordPress, which is the most popular content management system in the world. CNM Cabin is currently relying on Ghost CMS.
Educaship Moodle uses Moodle, which is the most popular learning management system (LMS) in the world. Educaship Odoo utilizes Odoo. Educaship Jitsi is using Jitsi under its hood. Educaship MediaWiki is build using Mediawiki, the same software that Wikipedia uses; that is why they look alike.
Those COTS solutions that are listed above are subject to change, possibly, even before you finish reading these lines. The names are mentioned to give an idea what types of solutions that CNMCyber Team tends to select.
