Main Agenda 1: Weekly Meeting Schedule
- The meeting was called to order by Gary.
- It was unanimously agreed that the International Council for Vocational Orientation will hold weekly meetings.
Main Agenda 2: Initiative Name and Charging Schools
- The question of what the initiative should be named was raised. Suggestions and ideas will be collected and discussed at future meetings.
- A debate ensued about whether schools that wish to benefit from this initiative should be charged. No decision was reached, and further discussion will be held in subsequent meetings.
- It was decided that a list of technical questions should be developed for discussion with the board. One of the key topics to be covered is how to establish a computer network with the school's computers.
Main Agenda 3: Educaship Pitch
- The discussion revolved around ways to improve the Educaship pitch. Members are asked to share their thoughts on what could be added to make it more effective and what elements should be removed to enhance clarity and impact.
Main Agenda 4: January Launch
- The planning for the launch in January was discussed. The primary topics included:
- Identifying the specific target audience for the launch, i.e., which children will be the focus
- Determining the number of hours per day that the kids will spend in the program.
- Deciding on the duration, i.e., how many days a week.
- No decision was reached, and further discussion will be held in subsequent meetings.

- Kevin was appointed as the Coordinator for the International Council for Vocational Orientation.
