CNMC Workforce Essentials
The Cyber Workforce Essentials (hereinafter, the Lesson) is the primary learning activity of CNM Cyber that introduces its participants to the developers of CNM Cyber. The Lesson belongs to the CNM Cyber for Experience session of the CNM Cyber Orientation.
The Lesson is made up of five lectios. At CNM Cyber, the word, lectio, is used for a lesson part.

CNM Cyber Workforce session Preview.
This is a preview to welcome you to Team session. In this session we will take a look at WorldOpp Team Essentials, what CNM Cyber Workforce is, WorldOpp Fellow staff, we will go over different roles within the staff, we will take a look at WorldOpp incubator which is the place for the candidates for employment within the Friends Of CNM and then we will take a look at business opportunities and CNM Cyber hiring events.
Eventualy we will be ready to be graduated from the CNM Cyber Orientation and move to placement seminar.

- CNM Cyber Workforce. A non-government non-political non-religious group that runs operations of Friends Of CNM. This group consists of WorldOpp candidates and WorldOpp fellows.
- WorldOpp fellow. An individual matriculated into WorldOpp Employment, usually, but not necessarily, with some specialty major such as accounting, entrepreneurship, information technology, and project management.
- WorldOpp candidate. An individual enrolled into WorldOpp Bootcamp.
- WorldOpp Fellow Staff. The executive department of Friends Of CNM. The Department runs CNM Cloud and CNM Cyber, It consists of WorldOpp fellows, sponsors WorldOpp incubator, and is overseen by the CNM Cyber Community Board.
- Friends Of CNM Event Administrator. The administrator of public events of Friends Of CNM and owner of CNM Cabin and CNM Social.
- Friends Of CNM Outreach Administrator. The administrator of meetup groups of Friends Of CNM and owner of CNM Page.
- Friends Of CNM Resource Administrator. The administrator of human, financial, and digital resources of Friends Of CNM and owner of CNM Cert.
- Friends Of CNM DevOps Administrator. The administrator of WorldOpp Project and owner of CNM Lab.
- CNM Cloud Project Coordinator. The coordinator of CNM Cloud Project and owner of CNM Servers.
- Friends Of CNM Concept Administrator. The administrator of enterprise intelligence of Friends Of CNM and owner of CNM Wiki.
- Friends Of CNM Executive Administrator. The administrator of WorldOpp Fellow Staff and owner of both CNM Cyber and CNM Cloud.
Overview
- Welcome to WorldOpp Team Essentials. In this brief presentation, we are going to take a look at the CNM Cyber Workforce and its members. The WorldOpp Fellow Staff will be given a closer look, because a WorldOpp incubator is presented separately in the Incubator presentation. Let's get rolling.
What CNM Cyber Workforce is
- The CNM Cyber Workforce is a non-governmental, non-political, non-religious group that runs operations of Friends of CNM. This group consists of WorldOpp candidates and WorldOpp Fellows. WorldOpp candidate is any individual enrolled in WorldOpp bootcamp and WorldOpp Fellow is any individual matriculated in WorldOpp Employment. If we take a look at the picture structure of Friends of CNM we can see on the left its communities, on the right outsourced service providers and in the middle it’s a part of CNM Cyber Workforce which consists of employees or Fellow staff and candidates who are in worldopp Incubator.
Fellow Staff
- Fellow Staff is the executive department of Friends of CNM, department runs both CNM Cloud and CNM Cyber. It consists of WorldOpp fellows, it also sponsors WorldOpp incubator and is overseen by Friends of CNM community board.
- To remind you what is the Friends of CNM community board, we go back a little bit, this is one of the industry counsels of Friends of CNM and this particular industry counsel oversee or work or collect people who are involved in work force services. So getting back, there are seven positions identified within Fellow Staff. One of them is Event Administrator, this is a person who runs public events, Friends of CNM Outreach Administrator, this individual runs CNM websites, Resource Administrator this is someone who is responsible for CNM Campus, Concept Administrators someone working with fixett and Cloud Administrator is a person who administers CNM Cloud project and owns infrastructure.
- The concept Administrator is someone who runs CNM Wiki particularly and the leader of this group is executive administrator who basically owns both CNM Cyber and CNM Cloud.

- This concludes the WorldOpp Team Essentials presentation. We have taken a look at the CNM Cyber Workforce in general and at the difference between WorldOpp fellowa and WorldOpp candidates. The WorldOpp Fellow Staff was given special attention. We went over its roles including Friends Of CNM Event, Outreach, Resource, DevOps, Cloud, Concept, and Executive Administrators.
