WorldOpp Fellow Staff. The executive department of Friends Of CNM. The Department runs CNM Cloud and CNM Cyber, It consists of WorldOpp fellows, sponsors WorldOpp incubator, and is overseen by the CNM Cyber Community Board.

Overview

Welcome to WorldOpp Team Essentials. In this brief presentation, we are going to take a look at the CNM Cyber Workforce and its members. The WorldOpp Fellow Staff will be given a closer look, because a WorldOpp incubator is presented separately in the Incubator presentation. Let's get rolling.

What CNM Cyber Workforce is

The CNM Cyber Workforce is a non-governmental, non-political, non-religious group that runs operations of Friends of CNM. This group consists of WorldOpp candidates and WorldOpp Fellows. WorldOpp candidate is any individual enrolled in WorldOpp bootcamp and WorldOpp Fellow is any individual matriculated in WorldOpp Employment. If we take a look at the picture structure of Friends of CNM we can see on the left its communities, on the right outsourced service providers and in the middle it’s a part of CNM Cyber Workforce which consists of employees or Fellow staff and candidates who are in worldopp Incubator.

Fellow Staff

Fellow Staff is the executive department of Friends of CNM, department runs both CNM Cloud and CNM Cyber. It consists of WorldOpp fellows, it also sponsors WorldOpp incubator and is overseen by Friends of CNM community board.
To remind you what is the Friends of CNM community board, we go back a little bit, this is one of the industry counsels of Friends of CNM and this particular industry counsel oversee or work or collect people who are involved in work force services. So getting back, there are seven positions identified within Fellow Staff. One of them is Event Administrator, this is a person who runs public events, Friends of CNM Outreach Administrator, this individual runs CNM websites, Resource Administrator this is someone who is responsible for CNM Campus, Concept Administrators someone working with fixett and Cloud Administrator is a person who administers CNM Cloud project and owns infrastructure.
The concept Administrator is someone who runs CNM Wiki particularly and the leader of this group is executive administrator who basically owns both CNM Cyber and CNM Cloud.

Summary

This concludes the WorldOpp Team Essentials presentation. We have taken a look at the CNM Cyber Workforce in general and at the difference between WorldOpp fellowa and WorldOpp candidates. The WorldOpp Fellow Staff was given special attention. We went over its roles including Friends Of CNM Event, Outreach, Resource, DevOps, WorldOpp fellow, Concept, and Executive Administrators. If you haven't done yet so, you are now welcome to move to Career Ladder at Cyber.

2019 Business presentation

The video of the presentation is published at https://youtu.be/LCE7Yl1qdX8 (3:59). Here is its full text.

Careerprise bizopp (Careerprise business opportunity). An opportunity for a business to become a Careerprise contractor and/or Careerprise partner.
CNM Cyber event host. A temporary role of one or more members of CNM Cyber Workforce undertaken in order to organize one or more CNM Cyber events.

Overview

Welcome to Careerprise Business Opps. In this brief presentation, we are going to take a look at those business opportunities that the Friends Of CNM offers. We will make a separate stop by the events designed to help potential Careerprise contractors and partners to navigate through those opportunities. Let's build it up.

What bizopps are

Careerprice business opportunity is an opportunity for a business to become a Careerprice contractor or a partner so, the contractor is someone who the Friends Of CNM hires directly and Careerprice partner is a legal entity that takes part in undertakings with the Friends Of CNM in order to share those risks and profits that are related to those undertakings.

Contractors vs partners

So what are the difference? Let’s have an example, the Friends Of CNM hosts CNM digital and this is built on CNM Cloud. Cloud must be somewhere in the cloud, in the internet so we need to hire someone who will host our technology in the internet. So this is the example of Careerprice contractor, we are looking for a contractor with the best price and we hire this contractor directly and pay this contractor money.
Another example, someone has a very good agile bootcamp, there is a training provider, they do it all the time, they know how to do it, we check it, its good Friend of CNM is not ready, is not considered to pay for this agile bootcamp because we don`t need it and plus we have no budget for this but we can offer your agile bootcamp to our patrons if it`s yes we can share the risk and profits, if not we tried.
Let's take a look at the picture and the matrix between WorldOpp Prime, WorldOpp for the Vulnerable and Careerprice. When we talk about partner services, they are available only outside WorldOpp Pipeline but it can be still like market, it can be still like an opportunity that is why it`s called opportunity.

Bizopp events

For those contractors or partners who have any problems or questions Careerprice conferences are supposed to give place or to be a place where all questions can be resolved or problems can be solved and so on and so forth. Every potential aspiring partner can initiate such a conference.
CNM Cyber hiring event is any event organized in order to attract promising WorldOpp Candidates, Careerprice contractors, and Careerprice Partners and or possibly customers. CNM Cyber hiring events are organized by event hosts which can be someone or Friends of CNM or may not.

Summary

This concludes the Careerprise Business Opps presentation. We have taken a look at Careerprise bizopps or Careerprise business opportunities for contractors and partners, as well as mentioned Careerprise conferences and CNM Cyber hiring events.
Now, you are welcome to review the whole CNM Cyber Orientation or any of its parts, use any other resources delivered by Friends Of CNM, and/or take an exam at CNM Cert and, if you are interested in WorldOpp, get enrolled into CNM Cyber Placement.
