Coordinator's report

• Gary: Committed to several endeavors as follows:
  1. CNMCyber Office Hours. Held 3 meetings, two per Erastus' and one per Gracey's request. All of them were recorded and published at YouTube. Gracey also requested another meeting, but it hasn't been scheduled yet. Because of several late-minute changes, no event was posted at CNMCyber Meetup group. Found that the need to create a seamless scheduling process. Tentatively, the coordinators will post event drafts on meetup.com (until the scheduling feature of CNMCyber.com is available) or CNM Social's calendar for Wednesday or Thursday and in at least 24 hour advance, which CNMCyber Customer approves, disapproves, or modifies. Earlier, Sonya used CNM Social's calendar, so it could be utilized.
  2. CNMCyber Welcome. Continued polishing the primary pitch in hopes that Kevin will take over that endeavor.
  3. CNM Technology Board. Participated in a meeting, which wasn't productive on its merits, but the endeavor still moves ahead since Kevin made several significant contributions.
  4. CNM Website Projects. Tried to utilize that page to track the progress, but found it hard. Most likely, that endeavor needs one more sprint. At the same time, it is clear that learners shall start out as CNM Event Organizers, not CNM Website Developers. So, the dilemma is what to work on first.
  5. CNMCyber This Week. Contributed to the requirements for its meetings. In the future, the endeavor shall also include a space at CNM Social and newsletters.
• Kevin Organized two meetings, CNM Technology board meeting and CNM streaming meeting. Developed minutes for the previous technology board meeting. Cleaned the script for the first technology boar meeting and proceed to clean the script for the second technology board meeting. After the CNM Streaming meeting, I am planing to proceed with developing requirements for CNM streaming.

• Rita I managed to add a few items on the standing operation procedures for CNMCyber This Week , to remind attendees of the meeting with a link and post what the meeting is about including CNMCyber. I was also able to be at the common hour event with Erastus whom I discussed for CNMCyber event Organizer.

• Erastus On Sunday at 1:30 EST, I met with Gary for a common hour and we discussed the task I had initially delivered on CNMcyber information architecture (IA). Despite Gary's hesitation, we noticed XML sitemaps to be an intriguing topic that we should further explore. We also held another common hour on Monday where we discussed more on CNMCyber This Week meetings. I also joined CNMCyber Meetup. This coming week I am expected to collaborate with Rita as she take me through CNMCyber This Week meetings.
• Gracey: Had a meeting with Gary on idea and Persona for Friends Of CNM website. Worked on requirements.planning on finishing the requirements for Friends Of CNM website, and start on Friends Of CNM website prototype.
