In systems engineering, end-users are the human beings who use software systems for the purposes for which those systems have been created. The other human users include intermediate users such as software developers and installers, as well as advanced users such as maintainers.
Imagine a personal vehicle. It is created primarily for its driver; the driver is its end-user. Folks in a auto service shop are its intermediate users. If you serve your own vehicle, you swing intermediate and end-user ranks.
At CNM Cloud, you cannot use anything, but end-user applications unless you are not a developer, installer, or maintainer of CNM Cloud.
Any CNM app is one or more inter-related end-user applications of CNM Cloud that can be delivered as a standalone service. Every app has its landing page that is separate from those of other apps.
The word, app, stands for application. A software application is a software system that its end-user can apply to solve a particular problem.
Every CNM app powers one CNM Cyber service.
CNM core apps have own names. The name of the core app starts with the service name that is followed by the ending -ware. For instance, CNM Wikiware powers CNM Wiki, CNM Tubeware powers CNM Tube, CNM Mailware powers CNM Mail, etc.
CNM bulk apps have no names. They are temporarily installed on CNM Cloud Next for experiment purposes only.

Key terms

CNM app, CNM Cabinware, CNM Certware, CNM Labware, CNM Linkupware, CNM Mailware, CNM Socialware, CNM Talkware, CNM Tubeware, CNM Wikiware
