Paid services design and process To access paid services from the website, visitors will be presented with a button on the website i.e "Services" or "CNM Services", once a person clicks to this button he or she is directed to a new page on the same window where all the services of CNM are located i.e the paid events.

  • He/she may click to the service of their interest.For instance, a point in time we have been marketing "All you need to know about management" a visitor may come to the website, click on services, here they will find several services of CNM, the person scrolls and locates the service of their interest, "All you need to know about management".
  • When the person clicks to the service he/she is directed to a page containing;
  1. Service overview,
  2. Goals of the service
  3. Certification guests they will attain by completing all service requirements enrolling to the service.
  • At the bottom of this page would be an Enroll button. When a person clicks this button they are provided with a form used to collect their basic information. Below the form would be a submit button, which a person is required to click on after filling the form, just above the submit button there would be a check box, "get CNM Newsletters" (In the event that we have new services, the people who checked this box while submitting their credentials would be notified -- we may use this as a way of marketing new services). In the event that a person who has already submitted their credential completes a service and would like to join another paid service he/she will not be required to fill in their information over again.
  • After submitting credentials to CNM Website, next step would be mode of payment > here a person is presented with the total cost of service at the top-middle part of the form, blow would be payment method providing methods of installments available for the service.Depending on the cost of the service and duration, payment methods would be provided accordingly.
  1. Services costing more than a $1,000 and a duration of more than one month payment methods would be as follows.
  2. Full installment -- Full payment of the amount, i.e $1,000 -- for this option we may offer a 5% discount.
  3. Two installments -- payment of half the total payment at the beginning and the remaining balance at the middle of the course i.e after two weeks for a month long service.
  4. Three installments -- payment of half the total amount and the remaining balance split in two installments. When a person selects this option in a month long service that costs $1,000 He/she is required to pay $500 at the beginning, $250 after two weeks and $250 after a week to clear the remaining balance of $250.
  • For a start, payment mode would be strictly PayPal before we advance to other payment methods. After a person selects the method of installments he/she is directed to PayPal where they are required to log in to their their PayPal account and make payment to the service and mode of payment the person selected.
  • After the payment the person is provided with an enrollment key that is linked to the persons credentials, this means any other person cannot use the same enrollment key. -- I would propose we develop enrollment keys that expire when the duration an individual pays for expires.
  • With the enrollment the, the person returns to the website, selects services and then the service he/she has paid for. This time the system will the person to enter his/her log in credentials together with the enrollment key. If he or she enters these details correctly -- he/she can start enjoying the service of the Friends of CNM they have just paid for.
