WorldOpp Fellow Staff (hereinafter, the Department) is the executive department of Friends Of CNM. The Department runs CNM Cloud and CNM Digital, It consists of WorldOpp fellows, sponsors WorldOpp incubator, and is overseen by Friends Of CNM Community Board.

Temporarily, Gary Ihar serves as the only staffer. Friends Of CNM is hiring its:
  1. Friends Of CNM Executive Administrator to discover, analyze, design, and implement its activities.

Contractors

Friends Of CNM is hiring six contractors:

Workforce strategy

  1. Six of contractors are to be hired first of all.
  2. Friends Of CNM Executive Administrator is to be hired out of the first six hires.
  3. One of the essential objectives for the executive officer-to-be-hired is creating the base for the contractors to be eventually hired as employees.
  4. Initially, staffers of the Department shall be hired before learners of an WorldOpp incubator, but later the Incubator should serve as a primary source for the Department's hiring as the Department starts serving as a recruiting pipeline.
