Participants' reports
- Gary: Held office hours without recording yet at 1pm EST/EDT on Thursday and Tuesday. Finished a CNM Website Projects sprint. Decided that the developers should claim projects on This-Week meeting pages and close their sprints. Hired a MediaWiki/LDAP contractor and worked with him. Together with Sonya, was trying to hire a Jitsi contractor. Also communicated with Erastus. Participated in Welcome-Session dry run and provided Rita and Sonya with my feedback.
- Kevin: Attended office hour. We had a session with Gracey, Mark, Ms. Rwitto and Erastus. From this discussions we resolve basic challenges the team (Gracey, Mark, Ms. Rwitto and Erastus) is experiencing in picking a project. Continued developing requirements for cnmcyber.com Home prototype. Had conversation with Sonya, about working on CNMCyber.com. We are yet to start.
- Sonya: This week we worked on the Welcome session script with Rita, I made a presentation and we did a trial session, it was clear from the results that there was more work to be done, so working on the script and presentation is one of the plans for next week. I also created a Welcome for Website Devs page for this project and wrote some requirements. This week we tried to hire a Jiti expert but there were some communication issues, what to do about that next I plan to discuss with Gary. I also added script to some of the CNMCyber Guided Tours and CNM Technology Board meeting pages, still taking the time to edit the text so it can at least be read. Contacted Kevin about working on CNMCyber.com, but haven't started yet, so that's my plan for next week too.
- Rita: This week, on Monday I practiced with Sonya and Gary on trial-live welcome session video. Sonya made the presentation, and I was the moderator. Observations were made and Gary guided us on what was missing and what could be corrected like CNM Cyber does not support job search and that it is not a collection of careers but of practice jobs. Then on Tuesday I joined office hour and we passed through what I did, and that is to update CNMCyber Meetup group description. Next week I plan to continue practicing with Sonya on the welcome video and a corrected script.
