As a collection of career services, CNMCyber exists for various kinds of customers and users. We at CNMCyber Team call all of customers and users CNMCyber patrons. Since you are reading or listening these lines, you are one of them. So, what category would you fit in?
If you are on the job market, going to be, or would like to be, you are welcome to patronize our CNMCyber services. Being on the job market means that you are offering your time and competence in exchange to your employment. Landing a job may be a complicated endeavor; CNMCyber may suggest comprehensive solutions.
To be benefited, you should comply with two requirements: (a) need our help and (b) be able to access our volunteers onsite or our technology online.
That's right -- CNMCyber reaches as far as the Internet does. All the services are either delivered online or can be delivered online to accommodate the patrons at any location. These services include those that are provided one-on-one and in groups by a live facilitator.
Asynchronous options also allow accommodating any schedule. Any training can be conducted either synchronously or asynchronously. So can any communication occur. In synchronous communication, you talk to your mentor or someone else in the real time. In asynchronous communication, there is a time gap between when the message is sent and when it is received.
Any synchronous activity at CNMCyber is also available asynchronously. For instance, every CNMCyber seminar is recorded and recording is published on CNM Tube, so anyone can review that and ask questions at any convenient time.
Although English is the primary language of CNMCyber, it is not the only one. The Team is either developing or going to develop help resources in various languages.
CNMCyber offers a variety of options for diverse patrons. CNM Page, Tube, and Wiki deliver general information related to career administration, job search, and employment. We will be happy that these services fully satisfy your needs.
If not, you should consider becoming a KSA Certified Digital Operator (KSACDO). This certification will grant you access to all software-based services. We call them CNMCyber suites.
To be certified, you need to complete two first courses of CNMCyber Onboarding. These courses are WorldOpp Orientation and EmployableU Concepts. It usually takes about 20 hours to complete both.
The three suites would provide you with tools to make your employable, to connect with professional networks, and to power your job search. However, the certification itself wouldn't grant one-on-one consultations and mentoring, as well as work experience. To get those, you would need to join our Team.
The CNMCT Entrance Exam concludes the first section of CNMCyber Bootcamps. The CNMCBC Admission Test is required to enroll in the Placement. This test is open-book with unlimited attempts. The Team onboarding usually takes about 2 weeks.
To the fullest of CNMCyber services, you shall be introduced to those things that make you employable, your current credentials shall be assessed, your potentials shall be identified, and your next employment shall become reality. The whole pipeline will take time though. Historically, 100% of our fellows landed their dream employment, but the timeline varied dramatically from 5 weeks to 4 years.
However, CNMCyber is more than CNMCyber services. Whether you are on the job market, going to be or would like to be or not, you are welcome to join our Team as a volunteer, donor, partner, contractor, or employer.
To sum up, the answer to the question, "for whom the Cyber exists," is simple. It exists for thee.
