Script

The WorldOpp Pipeline is the five-stage process initially designed for Educaship fellows. Now, CNMCyber Team runs the first three stages to onboard its members.
The pipeline consists of the WorldOpp Orientation, followed by EmployableU Concepts -- you are here. Upon the completion of this very EmployableU Concepts, you shall be granted the user access to all CNMCyber services. Then, if you take the CNMCyber Bootcamps, you can either join CNMCyber Team or begin working for the WorldOpp Fellow Staff.
The Friends Of CNM, not CNMCyber Team, runs the last two stages. Educaship Fellowship is factually pre-apprenticeship training and Careerprise Employment is the educaship service specifically created for Educaship fellows.
Careerprise Employment starts with the in-house employment meaning that the participant initially work as an Educaship fellow on CNMCyber. Later, the participant moves to the assisted employment meaning that the participant works outside of the team, but is still closely supported by the team. Finally, the participant moves to the independent work. Specifically, they may land employment with Careerprise contractors or Educaship partners, as well as launch their own companies.
Every new stage depends on the completion of the previous one, but any participant can leave the programme at any time. Actually, the participants often land regular employment while in the programme.
