- People who are fresh out of high school or school drop outs that are visionary, creative, dreamers, curious, ambitious and ready to learn in an unstructured way.
- Kenya. Rural Kenya preferably areas like Kisii. Support the candidates by paying for their Internet.

- Solicit donors for things like laptop, smart phone, support of 15$ per candidate.
